Family Counselling Program

K3C believes the family, in its many and varied forms, is the fundamental unit of our society. Counsellors are committed to promoting individual, partner, parental and family well being. This support leads to healthy relationships and strong communities.

This program provides affordable counselling for individuals, families and couples under stress. Healthy communication and interaction are fundamental to promoting skills in managing stress, resolving conflicts, dealing with anger, and managing anxiety, depression and loneliness.
